Our heavy haulage team are able to undertake a complete route planning, transport and self-escort service for the movement of abnormal indivisible loads throughout the UK and Europe.
Abnormal road route planning
We carry out our own surveys for all abnormal wide and long loads.
We also obtain all the necessary route permissions and permits from the reginal authorites and the police to ensure loads are moved efficiently and safely.

Managing your move
The planning and preparation and detailed knowledge of any route is essential for a successful transit of large and abnormal loads. Our specialist team will ensure all the required Police notifications and local authority permits are all in place as part of our project management service.
Accreditations
We are members of the Road Haulage association (RHA) and the Heavy transport association (HTA) this ensures we are up to date with the latest rules and regulations surround STGO movements
Our fleet
Our fleet consists of 30modern tractor units ranging from 44t up to 250t gross. We have a variety of trailers including modular variants to 250t gross; steerable extendible variants to 100t gross and ‘wafer bed’ low loader systems; 5&6 axle steerable extendible semi low loader systems (42m platform length); 3&4 axle extendible semi low loader variants; 4 axle extendible flatbeds (40m platform length)

All our drivers are NPORS loader and securer qualified to load, secure and move all types of construction plant
We have a fully trained health & safety team (to NEBOSH & IOSH standards) who can provide risk assessments and method statements specific to your individual requirements ensuring that the work is carried out safely.
